Refund & Return Policy

At Jhulelal Waterpark, we strive to offer an enjoyable experience to all our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund and return policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable for entry tickets purchased at the park counter.
- Refund requests must be made on the same day before entry into the waterpark.
- Once a guest has entered the waterpark, no refund request will be accepted.
2. Mode of Refund
- All approved refunds will be provided in cash only at the waterpark premises.
- Refunds are not issued via online payment, UPI, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Food and beverage purchases
- Locker or costume rentals
- Special event or group booking packages
4. Weather Policy
In case of temporary closure due to weather or technical issues, management may provide entry on a rescheduled day. No refunds will be processed in such cases.
